TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By using our website, booking or scheduling a cleaning, you agree to these terms.

SCOPE OF SERVICE AND SERVICE EXCLUSIONS

The independent cleaning professionals that we refer follow specific cleaning checklists to ensure consistency. You can find the detailed cleaning checklists on our website. To keep everyone safe and happy, the independent cleaning professionals don’t:

• Clean house exteriors or very high ceilings
• Handle cooking or caregiving tasks
• Clean chandeliers
• Handle personal valuables or toiletries
• Clean biohazards or bodily fluids

Just let us know if there’s anything you’d prefer we don’t touch or clean!

REFERRAL AGENCY

How We Work Broom Pros LLC is not a Cleaning Service Provider and does not itself provide cleaning services or employ cleaning workers. Broom Pros LLC connects you with experienced, independent cleaning professionals. They manage their own work, schedules, and equipment, and they’re background-checked and insured. While Broom Pros doesn’t directly supervise these professionals, we’re here to facilitate a smooth experience. To keep things transparent, independent cleaners may take before-and-after photos of their work. We love showcasing their efforts on our website and social media but will only do so with your consent. Broom Pros LLC is not responsible for cleaners’ actions but values your feedback and encourages good communication with them. If you’re not satisfied, let us know so we can help facilitate a resolution. Rest assured that all our independent cleaning professionals are experienced and undergo thorough background checks. While we strive to connect you with reliable professionals, we can’t guarantee their reliability, quality, or suitability. Always use common sense when interacting with someone new. Broom Pros LLC is not responsible for the conduct of any independent cleaning professional. Broom Pros LLC shall not be liable for any damage, claim, injury or loss that may arise from your accessing, using, or booking a cleaning with broompros.com. You will indemnify Broom Pros LLC from and against any claims, losses, costs, fees, liabilities, damages, or other injuries that arise as a result of the unsatisfactory actions or performance of the Independent Cleaning Professional.  

NON-SOLICITATION

The independent cleaning professionals have contractual obligations to us that doesn’t allow them to directly solicit or secure house cleaning work from you on their own behalf or on behalf of any third party during and up to 1 year after their engagement with us. You agree to not solicit or hire any independent cleaning professional engaged with Broom Pros LLC during their engagement with us and up to 1 year after their engagement with Broom Pros LLC has ended without our consent and a discretionary placement fee of $1000.00.  

BOOKING YOUR CLEANING

When you book a cleaning through our website, phone, or email, your card will be charged in full for the service selected. We accept major credit cards like Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. You’ll receive an email and text confirmation along with reminders leading up to your service. We will send you an invoice one business day after completion of the service. We reserve the right to refuse any booking for any reason.  

SPECIAL REQUESTS/ADD ONS

You may call our office at (719) 493-9326 or email us a services@broompros.com to request an add-on after your initial booking but at least 48 hours before the date of the booked service. The add-on will be billed in addition to the booked service.   

RESCHEDULING, CANCELLATION, AND LOCKOUTS

We ask for 48-hour notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. Just email us, and there’s no fee. For cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice or if the cleaner can’t access your property or due to circumstances at your property is unable to conduct the cleaning, a 50% service fee may apply.  

SERVICE SATISFACTION 

The independent cleaning professional is solely responsible for the satisfactory performance of the booked service. Independent cleaning professionals are not controlled, advised, or supervised by Broom Pros LLC. They are responsible for any guarantees of their work. We encourage you to communicate clearly with the independent cleaning professional to help them understand what you need. You should strongly consider doing a walkthrough with the independent cleaning professional at the completion of the service. If there is a problem arising from the performance of the service you should notify Broom Pros LLC via email address………..within 1 day from the date of the service. We will request the independent cleaning professional to resolve the matter directly with you. Any decision to refund you is solely within the discretion of the Independent Cleaning Professional. If a refund is agreed it will be returned to you from the pay of the independent cleaning professional. Broom Pros LLC does not provide refunds. If you no longer want to work with the independent cleaning professional, Broom Pros LLC can provide you a different one. Broom Pros LLC shall not be liable, and you agree to indemnify Broom Pros LLC from and against any claims, losses, costs, fees, liabilities, damages, or other injuries that arise as a result of the actions or unsatisfactory performance on the part of the Independent Cleaning Professional.  

QUALITY CHECKS

We want you to be happy with the work done by the Independent Cleaning Professionals referred to you. To ensure that you are satisfied with the performance of the service a team member will call you post cleaning for a quality check. You may also receive satisfaction surveys as part of our quality check process. We really value your feedback.  

ARRIVAL TIME

Please allow a 90-minute arrival window to accommodate for potential traffic or scheduling delays.

 

TERMINATION AND CHANGES TO THE SERVICE

Broom Pros LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your User Account for any reason, including if we believe that you have violated these Terms and Conditions. We may also cancel your booked service or services if we believe that you have engaged in undesirable or unethical treatment of any independent cleaning professional. Broom Pros LLC shall not be liable to you or any third party for any suspension or termination of your User Account or cancellation of your booked service or services. Broom Pros LLC will use its best efforts to notify you beforehand of any intended suspension, termination or cancellation.  

SAFETY FIRST

We want everyone to feel safe during the cleaning process. Please ensure that your home is free from hazards like exposed wires or aggressive pets. The independent cleaning professional has the right to assess safety before starting any job and may refuse to do the service if they feel unsafe.  

USER ACCOUNTS

Creating an account on our website makes it easy for you to book services and track payments. Please keep your account information secure and notify us if you suspect any unauthorized access.  

SITE LINKS

While we might link to other websites, we don’t manage or endorse their content. Using these links is at your discretion.  

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Broom Pros LLC makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee as to the reliability, integrity, suitability, availability, or performance of the Independent Cleaning Professional. We do not represent, warrant, or guarantee that broompros.com or your User Account on broompros.com would be secure, timely, uninterrupted, error free or virus free or that any stored information will be accurate or reliable. All conditions, representations and warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, including without limitation any implied warranties including non-infringement of third party rights are hereby disclaimed to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law by Broom Pros LLC. You acknowledge and agree that the entire risk arising out of your use of broompros.com or your hiring of the Independent Cleaning Professional remains solely with you to the maximum extent permitted by law.  

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall Broom Pros LLC’s aggregate liability exceed the amounts actually paid by and/or due from you in the six (6) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to such claim. In no event shall Broom Pros LLC be liable to anyone for any indirect, punitive, special, exemplary, incidental, consequential or other damages of any type or kind (including personal injury, loss of data, revenue, profits, use or other economic advantage). Broom Pros LLC shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury which may be incurred by you, including by not limited to loss, damage or injury arising out of, or in any way connected with broompros.com, including but not limited to any reliance placed by you on the completeness, accuracy or existence of any advertising, or as a result of any relationship or transaction between you and any independent cleaning professional, advertiser or sponsor whose advertising appears on the website or is referred by Broom Pros LLC even if the Broom Pros LLC have been previously advised of the possibility of such damages. Broom Pros LLC may introduce you to Independent Cleaning Professionals for the purposes of providing cleaning services. We will not assess the suitability, legality or ability of any Independent Cleaning Professionals and you expressly waive and release Broom Pros LLC from any and all liability, claims or damages arising from or in any way related to the Independent Cleaning Professional. Broom Pros LLC will not be a party to disputes or negotiations of disputes between you and such Independent Cleaning Professionals. Responsibility for the decisions you make regarding Independent Cleaning Professionals provided offered via broompros.com rests solely with you. We will not assess the suitability, legality or ability of any such Independent Cleaning Professionals and you expressly waive and release Broom Pros LLC from any and all liability, claims, causes of action, or damages arising from your use of or reliance on broompros.com, or in any way related to the Independent Cleaning Professionals introduced to you by broompros.com.  The quality of the cleaning services booked through broompros.co is entirely the responsibility of the Independent Cleaning Professional who ultimately provides such cleaning services to you. You understand, therefore, that by using broompros.com, you may be exposed to cleaning services that are potentially dangerous, offensive, harmful to minors, unsafe or otherwise objectionable, and that you use broompros.com, and such Independent Cleaning Professional cleaning services, at your own risk. Nothing on this website constitutes, or is meant to constitute, advice of any kind. If you require advice in relation to any legal, financial or medical matter you should consult an appropriate professional. By using broompros.com, you agree that the exclusions and limitations of liability set out in these Terms and Conditions are reasonable. If you do not think they are reasonable, you must not use broompros.com.

 

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

To expedite resolution and reduce the cost of any dispute, controversy or claim, any dispute, controversy or claim arising from ore related to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved by you and Broom Pros LLC in good faith through negotiations. In case no resolution can be reached by you and Broom Pros LLC within thirty (30) days after either party makes a request for dispute resolution through negotiations, you or Broom Pros LLC may refer such dispute to be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with applicable Colorado arbitration rules then in effect. The seat of arbitration shall be El Paso County, Colorado. The arbitral award shall be final and binding upon you and Broom Pros LLC.  

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The State of Colorado.  

MODIFICATION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Broom Pros LLC may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. You agree to be bound by whatever version of the Terms and Conditions is current at the time you access, use, book or schedule a cleaning with broompros.com.
